The Role of the President
The President of the RSNB-GIE serves as the head of state and the principal representative of the Sabahan people in international forums. The President is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organisation, maintaining diplomatic relations with allied governments and organisations, and serving as the public face of the movement.
Presidential Powers and Responsibilities
Under the RSNB-GIE Charter, the President chairs the National Executive Committee, formally receives international delegations, signs official proclamations and diplomatic communications, and represents the RSNB-GIE at the United Nations and in other international bodies. The President is elected by the governing council for a fixed term and is accountable to the membership.
